I went to the performance of Clue on the closing night of the show and, I gotta say, it was absolutely stellar. The performance given by everyone was magnificent, with my favorite performance being from David Jordan as Wadsworth, who was so incredibly funny and made the whole show a little more enjoyable. There was also some funny unscripted parts, one of them being where Colonel Mustard (played by Charley Lindars, who also did a great job of really becoming the character being portrayed) fell down onto a table prop and broke it, then stood up and said “Think the brandy is a little stronger than I thought!”. Overall, I really enjoyed the performance and have no real criticisms. The lighting was perfect, the sound was always on time to everything, and the chandelier, although not a major part of the show, was still utilized very well, and had its own moments. One thing I didn’t like was the concessions, or the lack thereof, but that is irrelevant to the show, I do suppose, so I shall keep my criticisms of that to myself. An amazing performance by people that live and walk among me in my day-to-day life. A very solid 9.2 out of 10.
